- How will the gift card be delivered? By email, right away, or on a date you choose up to 90 days out. You’ll get an order confirmation as soon as you buy.
- Can I add a personal message? Yes. Add the recipient’s name, email and a note of up to 200 characters.
- Does it expire? Never.
- Where can I use it? Exclusively at orebella.com.
- What can I buy with it? E-Gift cards are redeemable across all products with the exception of purchasing additional e-goft cards.
- How do I redeem it? At checkout, enter the gift card code in the “Gift card or discount code” field.
- Can I use it with a promo code? Yes. E-gift cards are redeemable alongside discount codes.
- What if my order costs more than the card’s balance? If there is a remaining balance left after redeeming your e-gift card, you will be prompted to add an additional payment method to complete your purchase.
- What if I don’t use the full amount? The remaining balance stays on the card for next time.
- How do I check my balance? Enter the gift card code at checkout to see the remaining balance, or contact support@orebella.com.
- The recipient didn’t get the email. What should I do? Ask them to check spam and promotions folders first. If it’s not there, email support@orebella.com with your order number and we’ll resend it.
- Can I return a gift card or get cash for it? Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
- Can I use it in Canada? Yes. Gift cards are delivered by email and can be sent anywhere. When used on a Canadian order, the balance converts to CAD at checkout. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and can’t) be paid with a gift card.
- What happens if I return something I bought with a gift card? The refundable amount will be added back to the e-gift card.
