Is a gift card the same as store credit?
A gift card and store credit work a little differently.
- A gift card is redeemed with a code at checkout.
- Store credit comes from a return or exchange, is added to your Orebella account, and is applied at checkout when you're signed in.
Neither ever expires.
What amounts can I purchase the e-gift card in?
- The 'Ôrebella e-gift card is available for purchase in amounts of $50, $75, $100, $150, $175, $200, $250, or $300.

How is the e-gift card delivered?
The e-gift card is delivered by email, instantly or on a date you choose up to 90 days ahead.
Can I add a note to the e-gift card?
Yes, add a note of up to 200 characters to make it special for the recipient.
How do I send a gift card to someone?
- To send a gift card to someone, select "I want to send this as a gift" on the e-gift card page.
- Add their name, email, and a personal message, then choose a delivery date, or leave it blank to send it right away.
Where can I redeem my e-gift card?
- Your e-gift card can be used on everything on orebella.com, from our parfums and mists to sets and accessories.
*The only exception is other e-gift cards.
How do I redeem it?
- At checkout, enter your e-gift card code in the "Gift card or discount code" field at.
- Your balance is applied instantly.
Does the e-gift card expire?
E-gift cards never expire.
How do I check my gift card balance?
- To check your gift card balance, enter your code at checkout and your balance will appear.
- You can also email support@orebella.com and we'll be happy to help.
Can I use my gift card with a discount code?
- Yes, you can use your gift card with a discount code. Simply apply both at checkout.
What if my order costs more than my gift card balance?
- If your order costs more than your gift card balance, you'll be asked to add another payment method at checkout to cover the rest.
My recipient didn't receive their gift card. What should I do?
- If your recipient didn't receive their gift card, ask them to check their spam and promotions folders first. Still can't find it? Email support@orebella.com with your order number and we'll resend it.
Can I return a gift card or exchange it for cash?
- Gift cards can't be returned or exchanged for cash, but they never expire, so there's always time to find the perfect scent.
Can I use my gift card in Canada?
Yes, you can use your gift card in Canada. Your balance converts to CAD at checkout. Please note that duties and taxes can't be paid with a gift card.
Can I use my gift card at other retailers?
Orebella gift cards can only be used on orebella.com.
