Shipping

Standard delivery within the U.S. typically takes 5–7 business days once your order has been processed, though exceptions may occur. Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing. Once shipped, you'll receive tracking information via email.

Shipping rates

  • We offer free shipping for continental U.S. orders totaling $75 or more (pre-tax).
  • Orders under $75 incur an $8.99 flat rate.
  • Shipping to HI, AK, or PR carries a flat rate of $19.99.
  • Shipping to Canada and Mexico is a flat rate of $19.99. Duties and taxes are prepaid and included in your order total, so no additional fees will be required upon delivery.

International processing & delivery
For all international orders (Canada & Mexico), please allow 2–3 business days for processing. Once shipped, your order will arrive within 7–9 business days.

Returns

At 'Ôrəbella we are committed to providing you with the best shopping experience possible. All sales made on orebella.com are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your purchase is defective or incorrect. Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel the order and unable to make updates or modifications to it. 

  • Order Accuracy

We ask that you carefully review all details of your order before completing the checkout process, including but not limited to the shipping address, product quantity, and item specifications. Once an order has been submitted, we cannot cancel your order or guarantee any changes to your order.

  • Defective or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to address the issue and find a satisfactory resolution.

  • Missing Packages

While we strive to ensure the safe and timely delivery of all orders, 'Ôrəbella is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been shipped. If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
